Try

Intel i3 3220 RM349
Asrock B75M-DGS RM199
Kingston 4gb ram RM104
Plextor M5S SSD 128gb RM309
Sapphire 7750 1gb ddr5 RM299
FSP Hexa 500W RM149
No DVD-RW
Casing XIGMATEK HELIOS 231/ 232 RM109

Total RM1518

**Most of the time, things like Casing can be salvaged as long as it can fit the new components u try to put inside.
Other things might be HDD, DVD writer, Power Supply and depends on condition.
*
Thanks for your advise, I'll look into it. I think I'll retain DVD-rw and hhd for extra space. I want to try a new casing, feeling the old one isn't really good.
Need to find ways to sell other parts.

What kind of games are you referring?

TBH it should able to play with all games, but definitely not high settings for demanding games.

Xeon is the best solution for your budget, likely an i7 performance, just slightly slower if put into comparison.

Basically more on RPGs. Plus my friend mentioned that hyper-threading and the GPU can help with lowering rendering times, so he wouldn't mind paying more for better hardware.

How does the 650 compare to the 7850?

Ahh okay. Think I'll stick with the Radeon then. Slightly cheaper too. Thanks!

Horrible power supply, and overpriced graphics card as well. Do you need a full tower case? That one is pretty expensive and I'd get a cheaper case and spend the money elsewhere.
