all sifu,please suggest me a rig that is good enough and smooth for playing facebook game,watching movie,listening to music,all about general usage.the lower the budget,the better

Guys,could you give me suggestion for requirements as below
1. Video Editing and Photo Editing 2. Programming works 3. Might try on 3dMax and some graphic intensive programs 4. No Gaming at all Budget about 2.5-3k Parts that will be using back Kingston 4GB RAM Plextor M5s 128GB Samsung 1TB HDD |

hai guys.powerock 500W vs FSP 500W vs corsair VX450W,which one is better? FSP is not available at my place so is there any relative differences between these few models?
