I hear my friends said 3 towers will be the cheaper at jalan ampang. Now I looking for invest 1m+- at KL area.
That's why I look for novo or 3 towers or m city.

Guys star residences also only about 1400 ish (dont say high supply there thats KLCC this is gleneagles).
This location should be 1.1k only. U will find it very hard to find a tenant to cover your installment

Agreed. This novo price is totally not justifiable. Cant see any potential upside. If klcc area, still can accept pricing @1400psf.

Yes!!! Agreen, that why if I invest I will thinking to invest 3 towers.
I asked agent, they selling RM900 left right psf only, lower price starting 380K++ for studio unit. (deplux for 780k++)
soho concept, the agent said can be stay or office. 3 Towers after I calculate 380k++ installment lower.
The agent said future if rental psqf RM5 already can cover installment plan, but finally only thing I worry studio will very hard to rent out at kl area.
Novo is how many sqf for the minimum size?

ya jus imagine if novo after discount 1300, how to compete with 3 towers 900.. lower price point wins in most situations given the same location

Star today said average rental in the city centre is RM 3.96 n some KLCC condo's like parkview still going for less than RM5..

Here is Malaysia,not Russia. Their taste doesn't work here. Investors buy for returns and not for sake of buying.

Really? because I checked before GE Mall office lot, now renting RM5 psqf, some more 1500sqf above.
bigger unit can rent for RM5 psf. If 3 Towers rent target go for office will better, because agent told me facilities suitable office lot.

Oh i was counting based on residential unit.. I think office got alot of new supply duno how's the future market la..but if u can get GE mall office tenants to move over than ur investment will do well =)
