Really? because I checked before GE Mall office lot, now renting RM5 psqf, some more 1500sqf above.
bigger unit can rent for RM5 psf. If 3 Towers rent target go for office will better, because agent told me facilities suitable office lot.

office lot yes, is worry over supply, if residential very hard to invest at kl area, psqf too high for me, but I asked 3towers agent, him told me 3 towers running difference concept somemore they running facilities with office lot new concept and also 3 towers side sqf wont so big have mimimun 400sqf or 832sqf(deplux) very good for market, I think no bad !!
Nearly kl area all need to rent RM8 only can cover installment, 3 towers RM5 already can cover installment, because I checked 3 towers psqf RM880+- only.

High tension cable is not the big problem. They cheap because of the land owner.
Some more I recommend to invest earn office lot rental fee, first I save my renovation cost, second I no need worry tenant will always changed, residential tenant always will changed, for office different normally they rent office will become long-term, 3rd I think office lot rental fee will more stable. 4th next time my son can have an own office at kl area, easy next generation starting business.
Residential for me, I have few unit tenant always spoiled my unit some more need to fully furnished or renovation.
Now I starting to invest commercial. I checked 3 towers developer, high tension more then 100m distance already get approved.

This all info just my sharing and what I thinking smile.gif
