Somehow many more projects coming up in this project. Most may be looking at beyond RM1,200psf.

1200 doesn't have room for appreciation. Plus, such small units 600sf is no longer in demand anymore.

They are bragging about their amenities. Cigar bar and mini cinema. They thought they are the only developer in town that provide. By the way, they encourage smoking.. What a joke!

To pay 1400 per square feet for 600 square feet is not worth it. Better buy in mont kiara. There are many choices in mont kiara and less than 1000 per square feet.
