Selling at 1400 per square feet at that area with no track records, surely a failure. Malaysian won't invest. Will be white elephant. No appreciation room with 1400 per square feet. Plus from Russia, sounds security concern. Money laundering likely. Russian mafia.

Couldn't agree with you more. Better buy in MK. People won't invest there with that selling price. Only Russian investors think investors are dump ass and as matter of facts, they are the one with low intelligent level and yet want to show off. Stupid Russian. Malaysian should boycott Russian products.

I called them to enquiries, they are selling at 1400 per square feet before discount. How much discount they can give ?? All these discount are gimmicks. They are the one that is stupid to think investors will invest in such project. I passed by there yesterday and is located right in front of hospital. Is an indication to tell any investors, you will need to go stay in hospital after you invest. Lol.

they should scale down to mid end condo and target 700-800 ish as the location kinda sucks. it looks so far from KLCC.. anyone knows how many KM??
Why would anyone wanna pay so much in rent to not live in the KLCC enclave? this one sure DDD project.. they btr act before they start work! |

I dun think they will scale down to 700 to 800 per square feet. In the dreams they will. Those developers are greedy. They will squeeze as much as possible from investors.
