Novo Jalan Ampang RM1400 psqf wont be very expensive???

I hear my friends said 3 towers will be the cheaper at jalan ampang. Now I looking for invest 1m+- at KL area.
That's why I look for novo or 3 towers or m city.

Yes!!! Agreen, that why if I invest I will thinking to invest 3 towers.
I asked agent, they selling RM900 left right psf only, lower price starting 380K++ for studio unit. (deplux for 780k++)
soho concept, the agent said can be stay or office. 3 Towers after I calculate 380k++ installment lower.
The agent said future if rental psqf RM5 already can cover installment plan, but finally only thing I worry studio will very hard to rent out at kl area.
Novo is how many sqf for the minimum size?

Rental can cover ???
