any indicative pricing?
I checked their website.. The location is unclear, however there is a large plot of land directly opposite 3 towers. Could it be located opposite 3 towers?

Should be around RM700 psf hor since this part of Ampang is not so affluent Jalan Ampang

Is most likely a studio apartment development.

thats weird, the SA at 3 towers says that the MRT will be opposite their development. If novo ampang is going to be there then where is the mrt going to be at?

Thats why we are waiting for the actual thing to come out... should be direct competitor for few projects around there...
