earlier batch of elements got it for rm500psf lar. Seriously, for rm1.4k psf, there are many other nicer and closer klcc condo that you can get far below rm1.4k psf.
Even 328 residence by tan & tan is only selling at rm900psf early this year and location wise is much better. |

Russian rouble drops another 10% dropping more than 45% this year alone.. russia is heading to a serious recession with economic sanctions n weak oil prices.
