Should be around RM700 psf hor since this part of Ampang is not so affluent Jalan Ampang

Is most likely a studio apartment development.

Somehow many more projects coming up in this project. Most may be looking at beyond RM1,200psf.

Jalan Ampang has been earmarked for major infra upgrade and a potential MRT in front of Gleneagles onward to Ampang Point. * not confirmed.
