Next being Bdr Bukit Raja although it is non G&G not F&G but the houses designed really improved a lot since 5 years back. Design and material wise definitely hv improved compared to 10 yrs back but they are pricing their product very steep nowadays.

I see something like this, EV3 in May, EV4 in June and etc... The faster they sell, the more cash flows into their pocket
