This is not part of SD Elmina rite, look like this area close to kuang or Rawang.

I though is DASH and the location closer to future potential KWASA township.

IMO, even GCE is already there many years now, Denai Alam still not attracted by many investor included myself.

Yes. Highway is one of the factor. But to me, its what the investor or home buyer focus on,either want a quiet place or want hectic area like kajang or puchong which closer to mature area/city.

Denai alam are success project. All phase sold out already.

For me i like to stay in quiet area like denai alam or elmina, bukit rimau, Rimbayu.. ideal place to relax

Deposit 10k. Upon signing s&p, for bumi, top for 8.5k to complete the 10%.

Can anyone help calc the loan mrta/mrta for this 616k price

Elmina Valley 2 already launched to public in 9 April, all units sold out.
Left only 1-2 corner unit now priced around 1mil.
Now coming the phase 3.
