Cannot comment on that as different people has different taste and I did not mainly for the food. But today got kambing panggang. Finished already by the time I arrived.

If i am not wrong, IJM price are cheapter, build up is bigger but is leasehold and location is a bit far compare with elmina.

I am one of the owner of SDP, before buying I surveying quite a few developer like, setia alam and IJM rimbayu... finally choose SDP... the material used by SD is more premium and higher cost.. rimbayu..... like cost cutting

Sadly to inform that as of 5pm today, about 49 units left for type A intermediate..11 units type A corner..no end lot available for type A anymore

About 40 units left for type B intermediate, location wise mainly towards the end of the EV 2...corner got another 3 units, end lot got another 3 units left..

Type A almost sold out especially strategic location nearby the big lake..

All the best to public for another week to go..

What justifies the additional 100k+ asking price for type B? larger build up or just double frontage/dual-key?

Yup..i think mainly due to build-up size....Type A is 20x70...Type B 20x80
