2. access - easy to access compare with other new township (setia eco hill, rimbayu, eco majestic and etc) eg. next to guthrie highway and can access/exit with pay toll.
3. Branding - SDP
4. potential - elmina have lot of potential. It near to kwasa damanasara land, next to kota damanasara, 3 km to new sg boluh MRT, next to HELP university college, next to HELP international school and etc.
5. Freehold
6. Pricing - compare with other township 20x70 sell @ RM650K is still affordable.
7 Elmina garden - the landscaping and design in elmina garden look good and high class. Total units in elmina garden are less (mean more empty land and space)
8. Dash highway is on the way.
9. it is landed property.

I am ready to spend 900k to buy a unit at Elmina Valley Phase 3 Type B.
RHB is offering 4.35% interest rate at the moment.
Any guru here want to talk me out of this? 100k less than 1 million is a lot of money.

Went Elmina showroom and note that not much remaining for Elmina Valley, Phase 3. I'm targeting for Phase 4 and 5.  Anyone here looking forward with Elmina Valley Phase 4 & 5?

As far as i know, Phase 4/5 only launch once Phase 3 is all sold out. For time being, just left 7-8 units left.
Yeap, as what expected. Sicne it's 50% of the units reserve for BUMI. Only 50% that open to others, which means we only have 25% of chances to get a hands on it.
