Agree. Location wise more central & nearer to high profile township i.e., kota damansara & upcoming kwasa damansara.

Elmina Garden superlink 24x79 inter with almost similar BU is selling below $900k in secondary market.

Yeap, as what expected. Sicne it's 50% of the units reserve for BUMI. Only 50% that open to others, which means we only have 25% of chances to get a hands on it.
