Below 700K for landed freehold property still good buy. furthermore SDP is a reliable developer, quality... a bit subjective. At least they never abandon thier projects so far. I believe future phase launch can't go below 700K anymore, except condo or apartment.

20 x 60 at $650k, might wanna consider Cahaya SPK, nearby, bigger built, GnG, more greenery, but leasehold, no?

no actually, it's not men made dam

even all the lakes in elmina centre park are actually flood retention pond.

City of Elmina as a whole is 5000 acres. Biggest Township in Klang Valley to date.
