Just went to elmina gallery today, was told it's still 2 units Clusia available. Number 4 and 6. Price is around RM1.27mil

Went to the Clusia show unit today.very impressive indeed. SA also said new super link phase 30x100 launching this year. Price cheaper than Clusia unit but smaller buildup too, only 3100 sf buildup area.

Every new SDP launching, SDP will up their product selling price, all though the new launching buildup area smaller and cheaper but the buildup per SF price most likely up by few %. Even the recent launching at Elmina west, build per SF price still expensive than previous Elmina East launched.

Previously some people commented Elmina is very dark and bad location, traffic problem and 30-40 KM away from KL city. IMO, B4 you put your hard earning money to invest in Elmina, I suggest you can drop by the SDP Elmina gallery to find out more details and talk to the SC there. It's risky investment if you don't do some survey.

imo, if 20x70 price more than 650k a bit difficult to create hot sale like recent launched.

Havent been to the gallery yet.

But thats what people said about bukit jelutong and setia alam before.

Its risky because theres no amenities in the area and it will take take time for the township to mature.

Any tips on this elmina? Or any hot phase that I should wait due to easier access or have more access?

This Elmina is a good buy as SDP has brought down the price to make it more affordable, I think the next launch if it is 20x70 will not exceed 650K.

Nowadays not easy to get freehold landed props anymore from established developers near KL.

Elmina, canal city and semenyih, i think Elmina is better, neighboring with kwasaland which is soon to be developed as well..

If the amenities ready at Elmina city centre or Elmina city square, all the props price @ Elmina will double or higher.
When SDP started USJ 2 @ Subang USJ 20+ years ago, there is no amenities too. smile.gif

more easier access or more access = more expensive...which one you prefer? If you compare with new township eg. rimbayu, setia eco hill and etc... in term of location Elmina is better. Agree? (dont forget Elmina is freehold)
