bro, last time you got experience fighting for clay bricks in glenmarie superlink. the management just confirm they are planning G8 superlink all use semen bricks. Can you help us write petisyen to sime darby so tat they continue with clay bricks. They only will use clay bricks for semi d and bungalow projects. All resindential in denai alam use clay bricks except for shop houses. Do you know any malay politician can help us? 800k++ is our life savings for most of us yet they still insist on semen bricks. My friend confirm clay bricks will only increase the cost of construction about 30k, so only knock 10% from their profit at the most. Why sime darby treat us like shit? Living in msia is hell.............

All residental and shophouse units in DA built using semen bricks lah. Except the middle wall which by law they have to use clay brick. I stay around here, go jogging on weekends everywhere grey grey grey.

In KV very hard to find developer using clay bricks. Maximise profits.

as for laman glenmarie it was actually stated claybricks but they did otherwise. so we had the case.

for elmina, not clearly mention what bricks so they are free to use wutever.

no, living in msia is not hell. juz know ur rights n fight for it.

Just called denai alam to kepo as received sms few days back on launching of 31x65 super link thistle grove. Total 54 units and as of now 1.30pm stil balance 3X unit. Starting price rm1.2m but very huge BU aroun 3600 sqf. Crazeeee leh
Patutla no takers. No discount just free stamp duty on MOT + free s&p loan

i was answering ur question. u said i was not here for ballot but secured a unit. it's simply becoz the staff who got it had his loan application rejected.
