denai alam is next grave yard centre. Only 300m away. There is christian, hindu, chinese, malay grave site. even cremation area. Graveyard capacty should 20,000. Currently estimated graves at denai alam is 6,000.
There is also tension wire around the south side of denai alam. Due to tis mitigating factors sime darby started tis township 1995. Area only become in demand around 2008 due to scarce land factor in pj area.

My friend confirm clay bricks will only increase the cost of construction about 30k, so only knock 10% from their profit at the most. Why sime darby treat us like shit?
