There are 2 townships from some Darby ie Denai alam n elmina. What is your view between these 2? Which is better?

denai alam part of elmina

thought denai alam launch much more earlier than elmina and elmina should be part of denai alam, no?

go find "city of elmina" which combine of 5 township
elmina central (bukit subang & denai alam), elmina east, elmina west, elmina north, elmina south.

CAlled up elmina sales office 78393939 but nobody pick up? Have they launched the phase 2??

denai alam is next grave yard centre. Only 300m away. There is christian, hindu, chinese, malay grave site. even cremation area. Graveyard capacty should 20,000. Currently estimated graves at denai alam is 6,000.
There is also tension wire around the south side of denai alam. Due to tis mitigating factors sime darby started tis township 1995. Area only become in demand around 2008 due to scarce land factor in pj area.
