bass? is there noise cancelling function on this earphone? where can i bought them?

I like earpods too, any iem at that price range can beat earpods?

I guess I'm not much of an audiophile

Went from stock apple earphones for years, to cheap Sony buds, to mid range UE buds, with the occasional cheap AKG buds.

Of course all of these sound amazing when you first get them, and so when I first tried the earpods they just felt comfortable and sounded great. This is the same if I try on my friend's headphones. Takes awhile for me to notice the flaws, vs other people who take awhile to notice the good but detect the flaws right away

Most of us get the earpods via iPod though, at least they're not so bad/uncomfortable that they are worthless

IEM seldom comes with noise cancelling

when you expect an iem to out perform the earpods, you are not doing a fair comparison here you should have taken the price of Apple's iem at RM299 to compare instead

do you mean we cannot directly compare outer earphone with in ear headphone because the outer earphone will sound better than in ear headphone?

Stretch it and get the AKG K44 instead. Great for your genre of music at that price point

You can purchase the XP series from various places, such as Jaben, Wowloud, Lazada.com.my etc..
For me, earphone with good noise "isolation", is a good noise cancellation earphone, you don't really need the Active noise cancelling technology if you are not a frequent travelling, i mean on plane.


Go for Audio Technica TAD300, bought one for my dad and he never complaint since.
