If u eliminate property short term speculator...the isn't that many genuine buyer for own stay

if the project sell slow, the buyers will say it's because mainly buy for own stay, not flipper, very good...

if the project sell fast, the buyers will say very hot sale project, very good buy..

Metropark going for 850 psf, landed in tropicana heights kajang 750k for 22x70. Tropicana grp is already selling at future prices. I think it's difficult for avg income genuine buyers of young working adults (28-35 yrs old) to buy.

Small little holes in pj sec13 already 850psf also. It will tough times for 1st time hse buyers.

This is the developer onelah. They probably put RHB there as advertisement maybe the bank shared some cost for this event --this developer very stingy with this kind of spending.

Yeah the lunch is good, got also artist drawing potrait for free. Heard Villamas planning to launch in April an exclusive condo project in Bkt Jalil (near bandar kinrara Giant).

But as investor, we have to see what is the best return rate.
Condo for cyberjaya may have better rental yield compare to landed.
(this should apply to most area too)

Landed may be more suitable for flipping, buy and sell.
(But now Gain tax is killing) cry.gif
Rental for Landed is not as good as Condo
