You are right, ALL windows RT devices comes with Office Home & Student Edition, it's what makes Windows RT attractive for people who needs Office in an ultra portable, long battery life scenario.

surface RT got outlook?

it doesn't comes with outlook now, but I remember I read it some where it will come together with Windows 8.1

It's coming with the 8.1 update. It's awesome because I'm thinking of migrating over to Outlook for my main email since I'm gonna be grabbing a Lumia too. I've had mine set up for awhile but I've mostly been using it for school and assignments.

i am still consider to get one surface here, i found it surface rt is more towards to use on microsoft office, more towards to business or student ppl. but the price really attractive.
