Definitely. You should contact them if you have ANY problems with your unit. You're entitled to it and its free. The earlier they get your report the better.

Does anyone know if Alienware Malaysia is no longer going to carry the M17x?
Or it's just down from their site temporarily?

Owner of dead M15x here... I can vouch for the others that the GPU is swappable.

Hello guys, was just wondering any help or suggestion can be given for the problems I'm having...

https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2827293

I'm not buying another Dell products if they can't get this problem solved. Even if they managed to I'd still be reluctant to. Two 45mins phone calls made and still they won't acknowledge the SSD has issue just because their onboard diag says the SSD is working fine.

Since when Dell's warranty service became this lousy? What happened to their "No questions asked"?

Sigh.

next time if u speak with the customer service, just tell them that your ssd is corrupted and want a replacement, dont expain in detail and make sure they understand what u want..this is my 1st time i use dell, the warranty is superb, and they even replace the motherboard with new one because my fault insert memory card and it stuck there, smile.gif
