I had this kind of problem on my M17x too, upgrading BIOS helped. Maybe downgrade n then upgrade again?I'm not sure where to change the settings in the Bios as everything looks fine for me. I think my GT555M was toast. Warranty end already. I've been trying to reach Dell Technical Support to get repair quotation, but so far failed no reach them.
