Hello guys, was just wondering any help or suggestion can be given for the problems I'm having...

I'm not buying another Dell products if they can't get this problem solved. Even if they managed to I'd still be reluctant to. Two 45mins phone calls made and still they won't acknowledge the SSD has issue just because their onboard diag says the SSD is working fine.

Since when Dell's warranty service became this lousy? What happened to their "No questions asked"?

Sigh.

That's what I did in the first place..But well I didn't told them that it's corrupted lol. Just want to come clean with them :/
