327.23...havent encounter any prob so far..am using A17 120hz gtx 780m..

call dell tech support and ask for replacement? (if it's still under warranty)

if you must get it from elsewhere, you can try contact aw sellers here. maybe they could help.

also you can look around ebay, amazon,etc. i just typed 'alienware m14x r2 keyboard' at ebay and there were many matching results.

how much you bought for the AW 17 with 120Hz and GTX 780M?

it seems like the 120Hz screen is better than IPS screens.

I managed to do backup using AlienRespawn (Used a 32GB USB3.0 Kingston thumbdrive - it works!). Previous use of DVDs failed (3rd DVD - stopped at verifying discs). Then continued to update to the latest graphic drivers. Now downloading games from Steam to test it out.

I suggest you order ur keyboard from taobao.com.

I lot of agents here. Get best price. I suggest taobao.com as shipping from China is cheap and fast too

And then when u get ur item. DIY. Replacing a keyboard is not hard at all. You can google a lot of M14x R2 teardown videos or photos. Good luck

yeah taobao is a good place to look for parts too. just be careful and read all the specs and ask the seller to confirm before getting anything. sometimes they sell things that are different from the pictures.
