Yeah sometimes your grip gives out while other muscle still can be workout. Deadlift without strap(some might disagree with this claiming deadlift shouldn't restrict by grip strength)i notice i do not have much strength in holding/griping barbel or bar. Farmer walk Wrist curl Reverse wrist curl Dead hang Reverse bicep curl Personally, i just try to train most compound exercise without strap and never train forearm directly. |

Just do the 5x5 program and then add some accessory isolation work after you're done. Not too much though. Some curls and close grip bench or chin ups and dips together with some core and rear delt work would be enough. |
