6 week of Mass (Day 1)
The purpose of this video is to share what I learned and gain. As a competitive athlete Im not trying to miss lead anyone with the training method/ program. Currently I'm on a 6 week program design to gain Mass with a calorie surplus by sticking to this routine. My previous Meso cycle was to gain as much strength with 5 x 5 program and effective this week this 6 week Meso cycle training goal is to train red and white muscled fiber. Priodization is the key to peak for a show in any sports.
