Cut nearly all carbs and muscle loss followed. joe1aaa in your avatar, what happen to your body Better to count your macro nutrition. And the most painful lesson I have learned, don't depend on supplements!! Get your nutrients from real food. Your muscles will look and feel better. At most just get a Lean Protein Shake/ Casein and Creatine Monohydrate. |
