Mine considered kinda bad way of dieting. Cut nearly all carbs and muscle loss followed.

Better to count your macro nutrition. And the most painful lesson I have learned, don't depend on supplements!! Get your nutrients from real food. Your muscles will look and feel better. At most just get a Lean Protein Shake/ Casein and Creatine Monohydrate.

every breakfast, lunch and dinner its - steamed skinless chicken breast and vegetables

Day 0, I am at 58kg
Day 28, I am at 57kg

so not really much difference in weight.
not really "just like that" leh sweat.gif

u can start to try, and maintain it. very hard especially if u go out often

Impressive man. Hope I'll have the determination once I started cutting.

However, isn't your cut a bit too fast? I think you lost A LOT within 8 days.

Thanks man. Day 15 is already my goal actually. 15% or so is ideal for me.
