@Mike, Des, Arul - Thanks for the awesome feedback guys. Currently working on an upper/lower split focusing on squats/deads/bench/pullups.
@Kaff - Really feels like all the gains went to my legs. Will be adding more accessory workouts for the mirror muscles. Off to the gym! More curls for the gurls! |
