Hey! I don't do any direct forearm work. Just workout normally. I don't use wrist straps on my PULL workouts though, helps me improve grip strength.

Aside from fapping of course.

Recent 3 months progress: 62.5kg to 65kg. Gain a little fat in the process. Gonna continue the bulking.

That explains. I train there too. I Remember seeing you doing curls once next to me, I was mirin your huge arms.

Keep up the cutting, you'll look super good with a lean body with that SIZE.

@Mike, Des, Arul - Thanks for the awesome feedback guys. Currently working on an upper/lower split focusing on squats/deads/bench/pullups.

@Kaff - Really feels like all the gains went to my legs. Will be adding more accessory workouts for the mirror muscles.

Off to the gym! More curls for the gurls!
