Its normal way seller make extra money selling "fresh" new Samsung model bundle with extra unnecessary items , it happen in almost all Samsung new launch models, I choose to safe keep my money rather than being sucked, just wait for little while, can even easily get below RSP, why the hurry ? Cool down, cool down, Samsung supporter .....
How fast Samsung new model selling price drop always depend on timing of Samsung supporter cooling down, if every supporter just hand on little more while, seller will turn all the extra bundle into freebie, let's cool down and enjoy real value for money ...........

I will stay away from those retailers who insist you buy the extra accessories to get the phone

called samsung customer support, they say it's not their practice to have such bundles.

the best part is they took down my particulars, asked what specifically the bundle contains(what we're forced to pay extra for) then tell me to cancel the order

I told them that it's out of the question/not fair that i wasted time to reserve at their shop only to be told to cancel and then they claim they'll investigate the matter.

until they get back to me, i call bullshit.

useless customer support.

Which samsung shop is this in 1U? The new one at the new wing or the old SEP type at the bridge between old and new wing.

WHAT?!?!?! how come the lady who called me the other day told me the total I have to pay is only rm2199? i haven't called back to confirm my reservation. I just had my cousin call samsung ou (2nd floor), and he said the balance to pay is rm2099 (paid rm100 deposit the other day). it means I will have to get the phone later.

Maybe you can try calling the one at the 2nd floor if they still take pre order? or put you on a (not so long) waiting list?
