Sorry got another question here, about iPhoto and iTunes:-

Whenever I import something into iPhoto or iTunes, it goes into the library, I also have albums for the photos or mp3s. When I delete a mp3 or photo from the albums, the original file still remains in the Library, but it does not exist in any albums. How to I detect and delete these files? Cause they are a waste of space since I dont want them anymore.

In simple terms, how to find files that exist only in Library of iPhoto or iTunes and not in any albums?

Right-click (or ctrl-click) the file and choose "Open With > Other..." in the pop-up menu/submenu.

In the window that pops up choose the application you want associated with the filetype and check the box that says "Always Open With".

That's it.

If you want to change file-type's default open application throughout the system, you better do this:
"Right-click --> Get Info" or press "Command (Apple) + i" on the file. In your case any movie files. Let's say it's .avi
In the menu look under "Open with:"
Change the application to your desired. Then very important click "Change All...".

Upon restart or re-login, you'll realise all the icon will be updated as well.

This is take effect to all similiar file type. What MacDaNife mentioned will only affect the specific files you selected.

Actually I'm still having problem with my Windows on Boot Camp. I'm not sure if it's normal, someone please let me knw if you have the same problem or solution.

1. Time settings, my Windows and Mac OSX time settings is always 8 hours apart, whichever I change, the other goes 8 hours different;

2. Tapping on the trackpad does not generate a mouseclick, as well as right click doesnt work in Windows.

FYI I'm already updated to the latest Boot Camp and also updated the drivers.

Sorry got another question here. Recently I've been trying to maintain my Wifi connection as much as possible (when I sleep) but everytime I wake up, seems like the connection is broken. No I did not put the notebook to sleep because its on adapter. I only left the display to sleep. Any ideas whats wrong?

And another thing, using "Interference Robustness" means what?

Anyone mind trying this out?

Macs don't crash? Yeah, tell that to the Finder. If windows explorer locked up for 15 minutes at a time, I'd consider that crashing, and it's just that experience that I have with the Finder. Try this:

.Connect to a few network shares via a wireless network (ours is a WPA-enterprise one). Open a few files on the shares.

.Close up your MacBook and walk until you're out of range of the network.

.Open it back up and watch the beach-ball spin when you try to do anything finder related.

.Watch these messages stack up in your system log
AFP_VFS afpfs_Reconnect: connect to the server /Volumes/hamsandwich
AFP_VFS afpfs_Reconnect: connect on /Volumes/hamsandwich failed 60.

.Wait 15 minutes until it finally times out and disconnects you from the network share, but in the mean time, enjoy the spinning ball.

Windows is so much more graceful in this respect.
FTFF!

you can turn off the brighness, you can turn off the display by setting your energy saving. Once you close ur lid it will goes to sleep, therefore disconnecting all attached devices & network.

O.O will be seriously interested in that if not for it's lateness delivery of yours. Where did you buy it and how much was the rebate?

EDIT: May i know the macbook pro's x1600 mobility radeon with 128mb is comparable with which Nvidia card? I'm not familiar with ATI gpu. And can i know the gaming quality when running bootcamp on macbookpro?

Wanna make myself sure before getting a macbook pro cause i saw an ad on hp dv9002tx.

Benchmarks put the X1600 in the MBP as being able to pump out at least 60 FPS constant in Counter-Strike: Source. Bumping clock speeds up to stock speeds instead of the throttled speeds that Apple imposes boosts performance considerably. Expect around 80 FPS with high settings, 1024x768 if I'm not mistaken.

Here's some quick reading, just a thread:
http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=47449

Seems like the X1600 is comparable to the NVIDIA 7600, if you're familiar with that card.
