Hi,

Just want to ask. Let's say if my TNB bill is rm200.
Can I split the bill to 4 transactiosn with each rm50 and pay it by using UOB payonline with my Wise VISA on the same date.

Will this case be count as 4 transaction or 1 transation?
Thanks.

Yea I have my Jusco CC receipt.
For Aeon in IOI mall for its supermarket, it clearly stated SMKT in my receipt.

So should I apply grocery category instead? Or in this case it is not accepted for Wise card?

The question of whether or not AEON supermarket formerly known as Jusco supermarket is classified under grocery catergory keep repeating again and again.

The answer is NOT under grocery.
HLB specifically mentioned it in FAQ no. 17 and it is crystal clear...NO!

So I should choose departmental instead right?
Does HLB credit statement stated the category of our transactions so we can know whether our transactions are entitled to the cashback.

Kind of not convinced by Hong Leong.
I just send my online application for wise card. However, the mail was not reach to them as their mailbox is full....
kind of shock and I ended up calling the customer service, they ask me to send to their branch manually...

btw, I'm referring to the WISE card for 15k big points campaign.

I read from brochure it says that any retail transaction(non-enrolled categories) will get 1% cash back, is that true?
If that is the case, I will transfer my insurance auto-debit to WISE visa.

Can I know how do I generate paper statement in hongleongconnect?
It allows me to view the statemented transaction only. But how do I get the statement in PDF format like M2U and where I can made the settings to enable hongleong to email me the statement?

mine wasn't even in the list of transactions..

as in, no charge me and no rebate me...so i don't bother with it. it's been more than a month since i received the card.

It did charge me rm50 when I first get my card. I did my first swipe in petrol station.
Wonder when will I get the rebate back.

Hi,

Have one question to ask your guys.
My statement cutoff date at 17 of each month.

My outstanding amount is rm600 at this statement.
If hongleong cashback me rm150(including GST rebate) at 28, how much I say pay in this case to avoid financial charges? 450 right?

Is the cashback considered as a debit/payment transaction in this case?
