The small club house already serve around 1000+ people if combine phase 1-4 (apline, birch, caspia and dalea).

If also share by apartment, then might hit to 2000+ people sharing?
It might be too small already (assume MR1 club house size).
Knowing that other township also will have high rise like apartment or condo build within. Pro is to have higher population to the area.
But normally they have their own facilities since apartment / condo itself already have few hundreds units.

If possible, i would like to opt out from club house facility.. just deduct the club house fee from my monthly maintenance bill... don't feel to enjoy the crowded club house.

Is this referring to the amenities at our club house?

Play ground, surau and multipurpose hall can be within apartment area.
They not mention like swimming pool, gym and etc which is in our club house.

So may confirm with sa, what is ms plan.

More apartments will be coming. MR1 has about 100 acres reserved just for this development. Luxury township like Jade Hills also have low cost & affordable apartments. Refer: Senarai Projek

Hopefully with MS supporting more affordable houses/apartments in MR, in return government will assist in providing more public infrastructure such as access road, amenities, highway, schools and public transport. This is looking from the positive impact.

10 stories apartment only..  Included their recreation park, parking area, walk path.. It still has some distance. People won't able to see what u doing at home.. Unless u do show like that bangsar south condo la.
