Do you guys think a signature campaign will work? if we want internet connection when the houses r ready next year, I think we need to do something now. Rather than waiting for Telecommunications companies to come into the area, we can work together with residents at Emerald, BCH, Tasik Puteri, MR1 and start a signature campaign.

Any comments on this?

Does anybody here concern on the bad smell coming from nearby illegal dumping area? Its turn off point to this property..

I think I saw the rain water pipe went down along the wall at the sample house... Is this a defect? Can claim?

i cant really specify the location. but the day i went there last saturday, the smell was too strong, like super dirty air longkang you know. then i asked the sales rep, he said the smell comes from nearby illegal dumping site. really turned me off. He said the majlis is in the midst cleaning the area, but not sure he just saying or otherwise.

No way you can get the construction drawing. We don't even know whether the design is from archi or mistake by the plumber. In fact purchasers are not allowed to enter the construction sire without permission to take photo.

Hope ms can rectify tbis silly design asap.

I'm Caspia owner, but any chances I can send in an official email to Mah Sing in the name of Alpine owners here? I checked the website and I got the email address for M-residence. I'm not sure how efficient it'll be, but at least we try approach them from different platform.

I do not want Caspia to have same problem later. Or perhaps someone already send in email or called them?

Anyone knows whether Alpine A1 has done floor tiles, am thinking who to contact if I wanted to request for bare floor.  Otherwise future hacking cost is higher than replacement new tiles alone.
