Agree, hope it can look as good.

Already the road from toll is narrow and without any indication of further expansion to improve on value. Means, don't know how long to have wider roads.

Garden Heights sounds like a good deal. If current development around that area is healthy, then it should be rather clear who is the winner.

But BTP is taking like ages to grow and looks a bit like a undervalued place. Not based on research, just on my experience driving around there the past 1 year.

Only 15 minutes drive from rawang toll to Kota Damansara.

But jam to Curve after that is pretty bad.

Will they widen the bridge above plus highway? Currently serves 1 lane in, 2 lanes out only.

M1 is freehold and this means can do almost anything on their own. Just need to have relevant docs at local council.

Leasehold are bound to more strict rules where the JMB need to agree first if its within agreement then only the owner can apply for whatever permits. If its something thats not following the agreement, JMB can hold meetings to decide and vote.

All sifu's thought on this is welcome. Its only a lay person interpretation.

How did some mistake MRT for BRT coming to Bandar Tasik Puteri?
