QUOTE(37 Exposures @ Oct 29 2014, 11:04 AM) The wires behind will it hide underground? A bit eyesore..hopefully the end product can b as nice as mr1 Agree, hope it can look as good.![]() Already the road from toll is narrow and without any indication of further expansion to improve on value. Means, don't know how long to have wider roads. |

QUOTE(kekura @ Nov 2 2014, 01:30 PM) Some will already know benefits of gng. The strata title concept is wierd for landed properties and further more, snp for the MR2 have so many unclear concept. I lile it cause Its cheaper and makes it more organised legally to collect funds for maintenence. But some questions remain unanswered by SA. E.g. the collected funds are for individual phase like Acasia and Birch. But how do they contribute for the club house? All same amount? Later can a Joint Managemeny Committe be formed as one or separated each for alpine, birch and caspia. |

QUOTE(wfwm @ Nov 26 2014, 12:06 PM) Garden Heights (Bandar Tasik Puteri) Garden Heights sounds like a good deal. If current development around that area is healthy, then it should be rather clear who is the winner.- RM536000 - 7% bumi discount + 2% rebate - Land size: 20x75 - Built up: 2214 sqf - Individual title (fng) - Near to propose new LATAR interchange (BTP) Birch (M Residence 2) - RM538000 - 7% bumi discount (not sure if there any rebate available now) - Land size: 20x65 - Built up: 1872 sqf - Strata title (gng) - Not to far from new LATAR interchange (BTP) Both are leasehold But BTP is taking like ages to grow and looks a bit like a undervalued place. Not based on research, just on my experience driving around there the past 1 year. |

QUOTE(hooi_jd @ Feb 26 2015, 08:46 PM) There would be few factors could increase mr2 value..establishment of mr1 and upgrade of jalan arang batu... I've just visit the site during CNY..the places has alot better compare to last year... The bridge after Rawang toll helps traffic alot. If latar exit completed.. Wohoo.. Will they widen the bridge above plus highway? Currently serves 1 lane in, 2 lanes out only.Where will the Latar exit be if coming from MR2? |

QUOTE(asil66 @ Mar 10 2015, 12:01 AM) hi, M1 is freehold and this means can do almost anything on their own. Just need to have relevant docs at local council.hv anybody heard about the news that somebody is setting up 2 teenagers rehabilitation centres @ MR1? What I want to know is if this is even allowed under g&g or f&g housing schemes such as mr1 & mr2. I surely do not want this in MR2. Any experts who can give their opinions here? see this link here... https://www.facebook.com/mresidencer Leasehold are bound to more strict rules where the JMB need to agree first if its within agreement then only the owner can apply for whatever permits. If its something thats not following the agreement, JMB can hold meetings to decide and vote. All sifu's thought on this is welcome. Its only a lay person interpretation. |

A very big impact on residential built without guard house. MBPJ now legally allows this.

QUOTE(propertybbb @ Apr 12 2015, 10:54 PM) And what LowYat group say? Same o same..another few yrs to wait. This interchamge....so many yrs already lowyat still cannot make it happens. Say cannot make it happen but sales agents are collecting land sales. This is whats written in an article in HartanahselangorKL. Although the article is dubious as it doesn't come with an author name or date, its still worth a read for you MR2 people who are waiting for 2016."Kumpulan Low Yat telah melabur lebih kurang 100 juta dalam membina pertukaran langsung untuk dikaitkan Bandar Tasik Puteri ke KL dan Lebuhraya Kuala Selangor (LATAR) untuk meningkatkan penyambungan. If that wasn't doubtful, try reading Pocong 'bergolek' di Lebuhraya Latar?. I thought it was funny, not hilarious. This post has been edited by tboxmy: Apr 21 2015, 05:49 PM |

How did some mistake MRT for BRT coming to Bandar Tasik Puteri?
It was funny reading the other MS thread... Jokes aside, where is Medan Pasar as indicated in that article? This post has been edited by tboxmy: Apr 21 2015, 06:00 PM |
