cos is freehold.. i look through my fren SPA and see later.. i thought is the dunno how many feet wall + fence? Same as MR2?

Did u check whether mr1 has cctv on parameter fencing. How about intercom n is their common area n landscape ll b maintained by local council?

Same heights with MR2, but forgotten the exact heights, I think I was told 5" ft.

But I dunno how's MR1 Fenced works. MR2 is Gated&Guarded phase by phase with single entry exit guard house. Ex. Alpine is consider one phase.

SA unable to explain me whther the MR1 fencing is phase by phase or area by area where, based on the master plan, they have the technical difficulty to do like MR2 due to landscape and park compound are bounded for public use. And commercial, M Avenue is part of MR1.

I think MR1 has no CCTV and its Surveillance every 3 lamp post like MR2.

I only went to Sales Gallery twice and spent less than 2 hours on both occasion, so I didnt ask a lot about MR1.

How's the conversion of argicultural land process?

Moreover, I did receive call from lawyer said that SnP is due to sign in end of June..

Others haven release. Only 3 row release only for sales.

yes, 3 row open for sales at this moment
look at design wise, A1 is the best right now compare to A2
How developer market another last 3 rows for A2 (higher price), design so so unless special scheme. drool.gif

Tactic. Put the nice design inside. So ppl would clear off the inside first rather than the outside. Ends up when all the nice design sold out. Then will bring ppl to buy the less attractive design. blink.gif


P.S.
If anyone going to get 1 unit of M Residence/ M Residence 2, I can share u referral fees.

I heard the sales chart this week was bad compare to last weekend. Maybe is school holiday started and all family is in holiday mood... Today lots of banker is there... I am M Club member already... If anyone wanna share, let me know... Need any advise, let me know... I will be there every weekend to survey the area there. Also waiting for MR2 Phase 2 & Phase 3...

I saw this new poster is out regarding M Residences 2 at the Sales Office. I think this is brand new as I didn't see this last week. All the future development is out. Hope this updates is useful to all.

By the way, the new row is yet to release soon I guess. Limited unit available in A1 & A2.
