Agree. A2 selling point is nearer to the guard house or entrance. The rows nearer to guard house would have advantages to clear upon completion with RM 10-30k premium range but definitely entry price is a lot higher compare to first rows by at least RM 40-60k. For me, A1 definitely win A2 with hands down with its facade and the master bedroom glass which is floor up to ceiling while its half glass for A2.
At the moment, its quite clear that 7/10 Alpine buyers choose facade instead of nearer to guard house.
