Agree. A2 selling point is nearer to the guard house or entrance. The rows nearer to guard house would have advantages to clear upon completion with RM 10-30k premium range but definitely entry price is a lot higher compare to first rows by at least RM 40-60k.

For me, A1 definitely win A2 with hands down with its facade and the master bedroom glass which is floor up to ceiling while its half glass for A2.

At the moment, its quite clear that 7/10 Alpine buyers choose facade instead of nearer to guard house.

I am in A2 and I hate the master room window. There is no unit available on the 1st row in A1. That's why go for A2. Gonna spend more time in the house rather than outside the house anyway.

I heard A2 only 2 row is open compare to A1 which is 4 row opened.

Yes, earlier only opened 1 row of RM 438k ( - 30k ) of A1 and fully snapped up by M Club members.

Subsequently, A1 1 more row is open and A2 2 rows were opened with RM 438k but reduced discount to RM 20k.

Then A1 released another 2 rows with RM 458k ( - 20k ), so later on, we might see the possibility of next 2 rows of A2 will be open and surely with increased price of RM 20k.

Unsure whether TMS would open 2 rows only or 4 rows once the current 15 units unsold are sold or reduced to few units.

Bro, I think you can open up a M Residence ( MR2 only or both MRs) V2 official thread since u are more active than this TS and also can post more updates or photo into the initial starting post.

MR1 & MR2 has different resident. I am more to MR2. I don't mind to start with MR2 official thread but not 2 in 1 thread. I don't know do the admin agree on 2 thread on M Residences.

Thanks for the new poster update. Just wondering if the whole MR2 master plan is leasehold? If it is, better don't join tread with MR1. less confusing.

not entirely true, if you went there on 1st day also can book the -30k units.

the point is, they didnt release the info even if you call them unless you been there yourself only you will know about this offer. mad.gif

M Club Members are entitle for extra 3k rebate though.

I think separate thread is easier to view.

Rawang got alot forest reserve. Forest reserve = OXYGEN!

If u read through the Bursa document, it is still labeled as "Agriculture" land. Now they converting it to residential land, and thus delaying the APDL + delaying the next release for Alpine. And also SnP delay.

No worry, as u wish bro.

For me, MR1 and MR2 both just small township together n rely on each other success. However, as the freehold n leasehold thingy and concept slightly different, you may creates diff thread of it for only MR2.

Ohh really? 1st day, got public can walk in to purchase and entitle for the RM 30k discount? Thats lucky then. Haha.

I thought they invite the club members for special preview. Doubt any visitor would just try luck and somemore, only one row for grab only.

I stay nearby to Rawang. 15min drive. Just happen I went there to sign referral form just now. I am not SA. Just got a unit there at MR2.
