Moreover, car is tend to depreciate while property generally is tend to appreciate due to land value.

along the way to rawang.. many new development also.. i not sure the price. cos i felt overpriced ady as many existing rawang houses not so expensive other than not gng not much different. if anyone intersted, i can sell to them, lol.. provided after my lock in period or u wanna pay me the lock in penalty.. ==

are ur the SA? joined today and brainwash? haha.. Jkjk.. But now it might not be the best time for everyone to buy as many uncertain issues in malaysia yet.

GST may implement but why developer not worried and keep launching? That's the thing i most worried now.

I hope we are not using this thread to treat it as a V2 for M Residence Rawang since the V1 had been exceeded 2500 posts.

Any V2 or V3 should be open by someone who is active and can put in more updated info at the front page with proper title. Not just simply create an asking question discussion and then never back to the thread.

New rows with RM 478k is just a matter of time... dunno how many rows or maybe the last row of current phase 1 ( should be the nearest to the main and single entry / exit entrance) could be as high as RM 498k ...

By then, we can assure the Phase 2, another 20x65, would be no cheaper than RM 500k.

i might be worth to be worth 500k, but mr 1 some ppl might throw price as well.. might be 600k for 22 x 80 with FREEHOLD?

there are abang adik projects and still waiting. MR 1 superlink phase 4 open for sale?

MR 1 just a guard proj but not gated n guarded. Also psf wise the price is higher than mr2..according to table showed by lowyst yesterday. I saw it in propcafe anyway.
