Depends whether the bigger size unit able to sell this month or not for 502k.

Just need your opinion....is it ok to consider this township for:

Caspia Fully Furnished Package:
SPA price - 870,800
Loan 90% - 783,720
Fully Furnish Package - 730,368
Cash Back if loan approve 90% - 53,352 after all rebates

Dalea Package:
SPA price - 1,128,800
Loan 90% - 1,015,920
Cash back if loan approve 90% - 228,582 after all rebates

Is it OK to consider either one compared to other properties eg Elmina, BSCoalfieds, etc

Advantage:
1. Cash Back amount
2. Semi-D type

Disadvantage:
1. Location? far away to KL area
2. Leasehold?

actually you ask anywhere in LYN... there will be alot of divided opinions... sometimes it may cause you to be more headache than before... haha....

comparably... BSC and elmina lack of commercial activities compared to M residence 2... but elmina and BSC nearer to KL via guthrie or via non toll road jalan kuala selangor-kepong... and for msian buyers... alot emphasize on freehold if u going to pay million for a house... lol

I understand high density prop apartment like southville..but even landed properties enter lelong. The one in rawang is not bad. Maybe young buyer stretch their budget too much and buy their dream home too early. I myself think 40% of household income is the limit, if I wanna buy for ownstay.

thats where timing come... M residence 2 launched at the tail-end of property bull-run... alot buyers thought wanna buy one landed unit to flip just like how those gurus make money from property... mana tau tak ada orang wanna buy from them.. and they not ready to pay the full installment... let it go lelong and blacklist aje....
