Hi, Caspia owner here. May i know whether we should install grill or not since we have an alarm system to cater for that.
Besides, what are the steps and procedure prior doing renovation i.e grill installation, plaster ceiling, kitchen cabinet etc. Do we need to go to MPS as well to obtain approval. Sorry newbie here.. Thanks! |

You can go to Management Office (Behind Guard House of Birch) to get check list. Some do grill while some not. Depends on you.
