If MR2 form a JMB. Then JMB committee would manage the maintenance fees. Unless the club house is part of common facilities, maintainence fees cannot be used.

I hope MS will take some pride in running that club house.

The small club house already serve around 1000+ people if combine phase 1-4 (apline, birch, caspia and dalea).

If also share by apartment, then might hit to 2000+ people sharing?
It might be too small already (assume MR1 club house size).
Knowing that other township also will have high rise like apartment or condo build within. Pro is to have higher population to the area.
But normally they have their own facilities since apartment / condo itself already have few hundreds units.

If possible, i would like to opt out from club house facility.. just deduct the club house fee from my monthly maintenance bill... don't feel to enjoy the crowded club house.

Wow! The shops outside should be able to get some biz like hair cuts and healthy timsum stalls.

These affordable high-rise residential blocks will be equipped with amenities and facilities within a gated and guarded community. The development will create a neighbouring recreational space complete with a communal playground, Surau, as well as a multipurpose hall for the residents. Rough calculation only, alpine and birch total around 700. Caspia and dalea total around 200. Total 4 phase around 1000.

Yes, more population is good.

Just hope this bring positive impact on MR2.
Other development now also build landed, then build high rise within the township.
Eg, setia ecohill, ioi bandar puteri bangi, mah sing south ville city, desa park city.

All also build high rise to boost the population, ensure enough population support for the commercial.

But normally they don't share the club house or facilities with high rise.

Relax... Strata title means the whole MR2 belongs to the owners. The news here did not mention about MR2 = Selangorku, is it? It is only ground breaking at MR2 area, does not means it is part of MR2. So, what's so fuss about the club house? Club House belongs to MS currently, and will be under JMB after MR2 completed. And pretty sure if Club House belongs to MR2, the Selangorku is another development in the area, isn't it so?

I never come across news such as Landed Strata can be combined with High Rise Strata. Under Landed Strata, there are maximum of area to be occupied (I do not know the total land area).

I'm still happy with the development which will brings in more stable population and stirs the business. biggrin.gif
