furniture can goes up to thousands ringgit for new home..
i wont spend a cent in those home living or perfect living or whatever home or living fair..
Why ppl want to have some LITTLE discount and save a LITTLE in those FAIR then nightmare afterwards? most of the time, you cant even find those EVENT partime sales that you paid your booking fee afterward..

Most important is, the commission u paid has already gone to the sales u dealt with in fair, If you really suey to have problem afterwards, i don't think the showroom sales will take care of your problem as their business too

Always go to the showroom, put your booking there, recognize their manager, so u know where to find them. Thats my 2 cents.

Vonza is a piece of shit

I bought my bedset n frame about 4 years ago from them.

It only took 9 months for the peeling off to start. So called leather

Within another 6 months the whole leather had multiple cracks.... and started peeling off

Dont bother althiugh looks good after 1year plus I had to spend another 1k to get a simple bedframe

Seriously even if it looks nice n u get ur delivery u will only know after 6 or 9 mths the lousy quality u paying for. And end up cannot even use anymore

Omg.. Just pay deposit for sofa under vonza Sdn bhd. Too bad did not make any research before going expo. After reading all tread here, I feels like doing wrong decision. Hopefully this problem won't happen..

i bought my sofa from Vonza and paid 4.5k.. used 1yrs d.. still look good. Delivery was very prompt.. no delay except we delay them since our new hse wasnt ready at tht time..

Yup, no problem for me also. Ordered outdoor table and chair set. Delivered on time.

Jz bought sofa,tv n coffee table set fr vonza at fair today. Hv been looking tis treat last nite.but at last gv dem a try as i love d design so much...jz, cross finger evything is as expected without any defect...

Bought a sofa set from them in homedec 2015. This thread gave me heart attack.

But the sofa came with no issue.

I just pay deposit for L shape design sofa for 6k during last week fair at MV. Now stumble on this thread which gives me a creep. However the design is nice and Belgium fabric looks like a quality and comes with 5 years warranty.

Hope all is in good order..delivery is somewhere Oct.

Vonza advertises in Home Expos also.
I didnt buy their furniture because the seller was too pushy.
The dining chairs had clumsy joints. Not solid.

Ya I saw their furniture all quite nice. Especially the sofa... really comfortable after sitting on it. But is it the Klang Vonza gallery that bad? Any recent review on them?

Folks for me we didn't know of thr subpar quality until about 9 mths or 1 year after we received the goods. Then the leather begin to disintegrate FAST

Vonza, Vonza...after all those negative feedback and i stil chose to gv u a chance, at d end u stil disapointed me....

promised me to deliver by next week, end up tel me u don hv even a single lorry to deliver my purchase?! such a lame excuse. ask me to suit your schedule for the delivery? excuse me, im customer and most important i am your payee, im d one who should gv u order!

i m yet to receive my stuff, for sure i will check till 99 before sign off !

wah, lucky I didn't buy from there. I tried to call their VIVA Mall branch but 'number not in service' and also the sales person hand phone but no answer.

I guess this verifies my confidence in them.

So, it's back to buying from Robinsons then. Pay more but get good quality products and also member rebate
