After lunch time still not yet call back, I call her number and nobody pick up until 3pm. Called their showroom number and spoke to sales person Mr Brandon, he said the delivery department worked half day only on Saturday so that explains why nobody pick up my calls. I raised my voice talking to Mr Brandon and he hang up my call. Soon another person Ms Joanne (whom I believe is their marketing manager) called back and tell me they can't delivery the sofa, have to delay to a week later due to blah blah blah (lots of lame excuses).

At that time I really lost my temper and scolded her gao gao, I mean, really gao gao with some vulgar word. Eventually she said she will rush the factory to make my sofa immediately and deliver to me at night (9pm).

before 9pm she watsapp me saying that my sofa is done and she sent me some photo of the sofa, then only I realized the sofa design is not what I have agreed previously, there is no pull in button on the sofa! Again I shouted at her saying that the sofa design is wrong, it is supposed to come with the pull in button. She then mentioned that I wanted it to be WITHOUT the pull in button when I confirmed the delivery date 3 weeks ago. It's all bullshit and I told her I can show her the watsapp conversation with their delivery department to show that I wanted the sofa to come with pull in button.

She then said she will need to check and come back to me. Eventually she admit that it is their mistake that they 'thought' I didn't want the pull in button. End up the sofa still can not be delivered as they need to make a new one. By then I already lost my voice by shouting too much on the phone. She then offered to refund me half of the sofa price in order to compensate me.

After so much of argument and headache just to buy a sofa from them, I would advice people who plan to buy from them, if you do not have a strong heart and loud voice or arguing skill, DONT BUY FROM DEEP LIVING!

So sorry for what u have experienced.. is the DEEP Living that u mentioned is located at SkyPark @ One City? I've once walked in their showroom b4 but luckily I didn't buy anything from them..

Oh no.. better pray hard for the delivery of items as deep living is the sister brand of VONZA (well-known of selling cheap leather sofa & keep on delaying the delivery of furniture till customer cannot tahan).. U have bought many items from deep living? hmm.gif

Luckily not.. only ordered one sofa from them. I dont realize they are sister company of VONZA where VONZA has bad reputation as well. Hopefully i can bear with their service... i am kind of hot temper ... tongue.gif

fabric sofa. They require one month to customize the sofa and then 2 weeks delivery time if I am not mistaken. After reading these thread, i will call them to get the sofa ready as soon as I have finalized my home renovation concept. At least, I dont have to urge them for too many times I hope..... sweat.gif

oh my god............. how come.............. anyway, deep living is everywhere.. that's why i thought they should have good reputation.. actually, after I have placed the order, i regret.. I recalled that there are few furniture shops are being banned by forumer but i couldnt recall what the company name is...

when i dig the thread... i was like cry.gif what to do... ishhhhh

deep living is everywhere doesnt mean that they have good reputation..haha. TBH, my parents bought a bed frame from ANOGEN few years ago which have quite a number of outlets too during that time, but recently I heard that they are closing down all the outlets (because of bad reputation like VONZA) and finally the company had bankrupt.. doh.gif

luckily we didnt have any issues with the bed frame at all till now, if let say we encounter problem.. then SHIT lo.. sweat.gif

I just ask for refund from Hatch by 3 weeks ago. boought from Hatch TTDI , 1st time deliver, wrong color, take back 1 week to do modified, (my house no sofa 1 week), the color is correct, and width and length become shorter, less 3 inches, height less 5 inches. rclxub.gif the salesman also do not understand why. and the boss refused to talk wit us. so, since wrong again, we request them to do a totally new sofa ( not modified from the current wrong size sofa again) after 2 weeks... wrong again hahah !! the size shorter again ... the salesman came our house again ... this time we asked for refund.. because drag too long time already and we gave a few chance to them.

we request the number from the boss. (since the boss all the time at the factory, and he said QC for sofa). the salesman refuse to give boss phone number for us. so no choice. we ask for refund immediately , because the driver wanna take back the whole set of sofa (current and new). From the start the boss do not want to refund immediately, after discuss and argue with the salesman, the boss refund immediately by bank transfer. (finally fully refund)

how we know the size become shorter? from the 1st day we paid for 4k for deposit, we took pic of the sofa and also the size. but unfortunately, we didnt mentioned the size on the tax invoice.


the acacia fabric sofa: 10k sharp.

Tip: if u gonna buy from them, must write down the size clearly on the Tax invoice and also the color, warranty.

THEIR BOSS VERY CUNNING. !!

Not good experience also. But the owner of deep living call mr up personally to apologise. A bonus but they need to buck up.

Please don't. I think I am the new victim. Bought a bed frame from them. Supposed to be solid wood bed frame with the price of RM2380 but turn out to be laminated wood frame.

I want to demand for replacement of real solid wood bed frame and not just repair by their in house technician.

Age of item: approx 1 month old

I bought RM20k worth of furniture (L-shape leather sofa, a coffee table and a mattress) from Deep Living @ IOI Putrajaya Mall a few months back, and I am expecting delivery next month.

Now I am praying hard sweat.gif they will deliver the furniture on the date as promised and the same quality as shown in their show room.
