I've collected mine as well in mid August. It was a 2 months wait.

Passed by that area last weekend.. they are like building a brick wall at the road widening construction site.. also looked like they are making it to become 2 roads.. not sure how they are widening the road 😒 anyone know the details?

SA says that parking lot given according in price...

Not really. no need to pay under table money, parking lot is depend of the unit u bought. I bought higher unit then my unit is expensive than lower floor around RM650 per sqf. after read your forum. I ask my SA the parking lot location they say i bought higher floor then my parking lot is lower floor and near the lift.
