Rm580-650.....sq ft.... Not worth it.....unless blind Liao...

I can 100% guarantee you are not wrong. You are correct. This area TODAY looks underdeveloped!
You can choose to be positive and believe this area will grow like the surrounding areas have GROWN! Or if you are negative towards this area, there is Mont Kiara, Dutamas, Bangsar, Damansara City, Old Klang Road (aka KL South), KL CIty Centre and many other "ong" areas for you to put your money.
Bukit Segambut, is just another Kuala Lumpur street with new projects, it is not anything spectacularly bright and flashy like Mont Kiara, Desa Parkcity or KLCC. Buyer is advised to use own discretion.
On Jalan Segambut upgrading the KL Mayor has given his statement. It's up to authorities to act. I agree it's been long time. But remember, now Verdana is built up, and part of their plan is a road connection to Jalan Segambut/Kiara 3. They are BRDB, a taikor in the industry.
What is the proper name for the red title land cert? Land title can change, a lot of land here for lower density can change to other purpose and high density. Even malay reserved land can be developed by malay company, which is an easy arrangement
