I blif dev started naming tis area north kiara maybe they hav oledi obtained the adress gua. Otherwise wont simply put a name. But tis area ll need a long way to reach the kiara today. Pricing wise I blif its a lil too high for scenaria. Hopefully tis project ll hav cheaper option.

Wah tis part of KL is gonna somehow b a bit like okr soon. Too many launches suddenly.
But yup the upgrade of access ll improve tremendously especially the duke is taking place now. So no worry bout it. Howeva, regarding the access to anjali, I blif the widening is quite minimum n won't provide a max impact for the project. Yup tago is doin it but there is a limit for the width of the road unless they hav gotten approval for a one way ticket kinda traffic flow. Comparing the mk with north kiara (so called nowadays) is not appropriate at the moment. It's just like comparing mk to damansara heights 20 yrs ago. No one ll know how gd can mk turn out to b back then. I blif tis part of town ll blossom due to the KL metro project. And finally the fcw project should b loc nearby tan chong. Those huge lands previously belong to gbh is the reason latuk lobet tan nge nge bot over the coy. With the planned Dev fr face, segambut ll slowly become a nice place, if the planning if gd especially the access. Too bad no mrt. |

Of cos it might not happen cos its just my pov. I prefer the traffic to go into prima impian cos I wish to hav a beta traffic flow along jln segambut. |
