Nikon Nano coating also needs protection. This is not the way to do it.

Already withdrawn more than 40% from the bank.
They would need another six month for partial furniture installation. Doubt it they can complete it by mid 2017.

Well, the sale agents have been telling me the completion date would be much earlier than SPA. The developer is pushing to complete before 2017 Chinese New Year. Now they are left with 8 months to finish everything. Looks like the schedule is very tight.

I just went to Sales Gallery last week and I didn't hear anything about TAGO tried to complete it before Chinese New Year. My impression is that TAGO is struggling to deliver it on Jul., 2017. sad.gif

And it still need at least 2 months to complete the building construction. I don't think they can complete everything within 6 months and deliver it before Chinese New Year. Hope I am wrong.

I prefer high quality of construction and finishing over early delivery. And verbal communication are not legally binding, so don't put too much hope on that, always refer to the right documents smile.gif

Looking at other projects it is hard to maintain quality even with normal construction time, so not very wise to expect a rushed completion and then go through the headaches of poor quality for a place you will be staying in for many years or trying to sell but can't because of quality issues!

So let's chill and let Tago and Anjali team do their work/magic, and give them a thumbsup.gif for the good work so far.

Recap on Jalan Segambut - Mont Kiara project:

In Aug 2013, FT Minister said Phase B was suspended until further notice due to budget constraint BUT DBKL was still in the process of acquiring land for Phase B.

In Jan 2014, DBKL announces budget of RM268.6m, Jalan Segambut upgrade is one of the mentioned project. But so far no sign of work on site.

In Jun 2015, DBKL provides a slightly detailed explanation, and hope to complete within 5 years which is 2020!

As for the new Petron, still no sign of work on site since the signboard went up in Jan 2016.

Anybody knows roughly how long from start to finish for a petrol station with 6 islands, dual pump on 1 acre land?

I'm guessing 6 months?

Work is definitely going on, when I last visited couple weeks back Block D was Level 18 now it's at Level 20!

Block C not as fast I think, was working on Level 25 for some time, looks like now almost finishing up, it's very tall can't see clearly..  biggrin.gif
