Latest Anjali sales report from KPKT, not sure as of when, it is not dated.

According to this 71% of total 395 units have been sold including 4 units of villas. About 5% of the units sold are to foreigners. Among locals, 81% of units sold are to Chinese, 8% to Bumiputera and 6% to Indian dan Lain-Lain.

Side view looking at Block C, looks very tall for 20+ levels, must be the almost 11ft ceiling height

Been noticed block A progress is quite slow. Hope that's not due to unsold units, should be no impact to overall progress of whole project.

I noticed also the towers were not growing in height for about 2 weeks, but last weekend I saw the steel mesh for walls on Level 25 Block C all up already so I guess getting up to speed again. Maybe they were concentrating on interior works?

After Block C is done I'm sure progress for other blocks will be faster.

Work is definitely going on, when I last visited couple weeks back Block D was Level 18 now it's at Level 20!

Block C not as fast I think, was working on Level 25 for some time, looks like now almost finishing up, it's very tall can't see clearly..

According to SPA, August 2017

And what i heard was June 2017. i think once block C & D reach the top floor the other blocks will be faster.

Go have a look at the place. Is really good for more than 10 years old building. If not for that fact, the price would've been much higher.

This is north facing unit. Beautiful view of the mountains! This is the reason north facing units sold out so fast!
